Just back from a very successful book signing/ cooking demonstration at ACE ENDICO annual food trade show at Yankee Stadium. the stage after New York Yankee pitcher Ron Guidry. A huge sellout and Joe signed over 300 copies of The Healthy Firehouse Cookbook to an appreciative audience for more than 3 hours!
